The mackerel and snapper in particular this year have been terrific and they make such good eating fish.
Cod has been brilliant as well and sea perch never lets us down. And of course you can’t forget Tassie salmon. We’re really fussy about the fresh salmon we buy and our suppliers know that now so we only ever get the best.
It might be the weather, the water quality or maybe that there is a whole lot less people fishing in the last couple of months,but the quality is great.
